Focuses on improving energy levels and vitality, encouraging relaxation.  This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increasing blood circulation.

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Pressure Point Massage

The aim of this massage is also primarily relaxation, however firmer pressure is applied. You will feel calm and rejuvenated after our excellent deep tissue massage! This massage focuses on different layers of your muscle and tendon tissue and helps to loosen you up and relieve any strain you may be feeling caused by knots and pulls in your muscles.

Body Scrub

Neroli and Lemon body scrub is made with natural oils including sweet almond and jojoba, enriched with Vitamin E for its deep conditioning properties and scented with pure aromatherapy essential oils. The dead sea salt gently exfoliates helping improve circulation and removing dead skin cells to create visibly smoother, glowing skin.

Shower after treatment. I also incorporate gentle massage as I use this product.  Amazing feeling

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage, as the name indicates, originated from India and is a beautifully traditional practice that is now immensely popular amongst Western cultures. This is due to its simplicity and portability, that allows it to be utilised anywhere and everywhere, making relaxation and holistic wellness more accessible for everyone.

Foot Massage

With a mix of reflexology and foot massage, I apply correct pressure  to certain sections of feet, or can be hands. As a result of the body’s natural reflex zones, the correlating body system or organs benefit from the pressure.
