Frequently Asked Questions
Booking & Availability
Q: How do I book a massage?
A: Easy — book online, send me a message, or give me a old fashioned text!. Advance booking is best if you want a specific time, but I can often fit in last-minute sessions too.
Q: Do you offer mobile massage?
A: Yes — I bring the treatment to you. Home, hotel, even the office. Just make sure there’s space for the table. (Travel fees may apply depending on distance.)

Treatments
Q: What types of massage do you offer?
A: A mix designed to suit different needs:
-
Deep Tissue & Sports Massage – for aches, tension, and recovery.
-
Thai Stretching – optional, but brilliant for loosening tight muscles.
-
Indian Head Massage – great for stress and headaches.
-
Reflexology – gentle pressure points on the feet.
-
Relaxation Massage – switch off completely.
-
Massage Gun Therapy – MyPro device for deep, targeted relief.
Q: Is it safe to book with a male therapist?
A: 100%. Client safety and comfort always come first. I’m fully insured, professionally trained, and every session is respectful, professional, and focused on you.

Before Your Massage
Q: What should I wear?
A: Whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll be covered with towels, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
Q: Can I eat before my massage?
A: Light snack = fine. Heavy meal = not so comfortable. Aim to eat at least an hour before.
Q: Do I need to shower first?
A: Yes, if you can. You’ll feel fresher, and it makes the treatment more effective.
Q: Do you have a female therapist?
A: Occasionally, yes — but availability is limited.

During Your Massage
Q: Will it hurt?
A: Deep tissue can feel intense, but it should never be unbearable. I’ll always work at your comfort level — just tell me if you’d like me to adjust.
Q: Can I talk during the massage?
A: Totally up to you. Some people like to chat, others zone out — there’s no rule.
Q: What oils do you use?
A: High-quality grapeseed oil (light, non-greasy, great for all skin types). If you’d like essential oils, just ask.

After Your Massage
Q: What should I do after?
A: Drink water, take it easy, and let your body enjoy the reset. Some mild soreness is normal and fades within 24 hours.
Q: Can I shower after?
A: Of course. Especially nice after oil-based treatments.
Q: How often should I book?
A: Depends on your goals. Weekly for recovery, monthly for maintenance, or just when you need it most.
